2024 Christmas Eve Volunteer Opportunities

We are excited to extend an invitation to participate in our Christmas Eve services to sing in the choir. We are looking for anyone age 14+ to sing classic Christmas carols accompanied by a full symphony orchestra!
Time Commitment: 3 Choir Rehearsals, 1 Music Rehearsal, 1 Full Dress Rehearsals, and 8 services.
Requirements: Any previous choir or vocal experience or simply the desire to sing with like-minded worshipers. Able to match pitch. NorthRidge attender. Audition for first-time participants is required.
Rehearsals: Sundays, beginning December 1, 1:30-3:30p (Auditions immediately following rehearsal)
Whether you’ve been dancing in a studio for years or have taken a break and would love to come back, we have a one-time opportunity for you. Come “Wake the World Up to Jesus!” by dancing in the Christmas Eve Services. Ages 14+
Time Commitment: 3 Dance Rehearsals, 1 Full Dress Rehearsal, and 8 Services.
Requirements: Previous dance experience, any level. Audition is required.

Time Commitment: 2 Music Rehearsals, 1 Full Music Rehearsal, 1 Full Dress Rehearsal, and 8 Services.
Requirements:
- Audition is required.
- Students in 3rd-8th grade.
- Students of parents who attend NorthRidge Church.
- Students who have a strong voice, good pitch, and great facial expressions and presence.
- Students who can follow a music director.
Rehearsal begins Wed, December 4, 6-7p (Auditions immediately following rehearsal)

Do you have the gift of hospitality? Consider serving in our Café by assisting guests with ordering and preparing food, coffees, teas, and specialty drinks. The Café has various volunteer roles, from working behind the scenes with cold or hot drink preparation to being on the front line of guest services, such as a cashier.
Do you like to serve in the background? Assist our Facility Team in maintaining a safe, distraction-free environment through event setup, teardown, and general building maintenance.
Have a pleasant demeanor and love to be around people? Then we have a perfect place for you!
Join First Impressions or the Parking Team and show people where their seats are/where the bathrooms are/where to park and all the other things they may be wondering about! (Sharing the love of Jesus and representing NorthRidge to thousands of people!)
Time Commitment: 1 to 8 Services
Requirement: A heart for serving people! (Smiles are nice too!)

Choose from Nursery, Preschool, Elementary, or Special Needs. You can come alongside one of these groups and support that area for just one service or as many as you’d like.

Join us for the 2024 NorthRidge Christmas Market. There are so many opportunities to serve. Whether you want to assist at the dreamy ice rink, serve hot chocolate, welcome our guests with a bright smile…. we have a place for you!
