Uses a modified version of markdown. Starting a line with # or ## or ### creates headers. Wrapping text in *asterisks* creates italicized text. To create a blank to fill in, wrap a word or phrase in [square brackets]. To create a large, multiline notes area, wrap the number of lines in curly braces: {10}.
