As Lighting Director at NorthRidge Church, you will oversee lighting experiences for all weekend services, seasonal productions, and other special events, working closely with the Technical and Creative Team. You are the right person for this position if you are experienced, creative, a team player, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to help create a captivating atmosphere in our spaces for worship. You also have the passion to recruit, develop, and empower volunteer teams.

The primary responsibility of a NorthRidge School of Performing Arts Teacher is to inspire and motivate students to love the arts and help them use their gifts for God’s glory. Teachers are to create an environment that will fully nurture and develop the interest, talent, and ability of each student.
