Immediate Needs

Our Immediate Needs ministry provides personal care and comfort items for infants and children who are removed from their homes due to abuse/neglect and placed into foster care.

The first day away from home is understandably very traumatic for these children. They often leave their homes with all of their belongings placed in a black garbage bag with the unspoken message that they and all of their belongings are no better than trash. The goal of this effort is to provide an infant or child with a nice duffel bag filled with essential items that help provide comfort as they transition.
