Welcome to Stewardship at NorthRidge!
We’re here to partner with you and help you grow in three areas: time, treasure, and talent. Through a series of workshops, you’ll learn practical ways to organize your time, manage your finances through every stage of life, and discover how to use your unique gifts to serve others. Our goal is to grow together as the body of Christ, using all that God has entrusted to us to wake the world up to Jesus.

First Steps
Get Your Finances in Shape!
There may be no better time to get our finances in shape than now! Strive is a one-hour introduction and a two (2) week virtual workshop to start exercising your financial muscles and get them into shape! You will learn the importance of planning and saving and how debt impacts your plan. Together, we will work to find balance and strength, preparing us to be in the best financial shape possible.

We are all busy. Some of us can’t remember the last time we rested or even had free time. Our busyness can feel productive, but it is a toxic distraction, sapping our spiritual, physical, and emotional vitality. It may seem like we have no choice but to live at a frantic pace, but God has a better path for us.
Join us for this engaging 6-part study that addresses one of the greatest threats to our spiritual lives…HURRY. We’ll explore how to identify unhealthy life rhythms and build a plan to break the cycle based on the book “The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry” by pastor and author John Mark Comer.

The Being on Purpose pathway is a Stewardship Women’s Retreat where you can grow and learn what wholehearted generosity looks like. This pathway has three phases of unique, interactive, research-based content that will help you:
- Gain confidence in who you are, what you’re passionate about, and what you have to give
- Develop the courage to step into God’s invitation
- Find a meaningful community to support you along the way

One of your most important biblical financial responsibilities is to provide for your family (1 Timothy 5:8) – now and in the future. This 2-session study series will help you meet the challenge. Included in the two sessions:

Finishing Well
A Biblical View of Retirement
What does the Bible say about retirement? What can you learn from the many characters in Scripture about the transition from work life to home life? You’re invited to develop a Christian retirement plan focusing on everyday life in retirement and salvation instead of just savings. You’ll see how to create concrete plans for the personal and financial aspects of retirement.

Culture has taught us that money can buy joy and that giving is a mere obligation for being considered a good person. In our haphazard pursuit of having more, we’ve lost touch with what it means to have a generous life. Join us for a micro-study that explores living with biblical generosity in your marriage, business, ministry, and day-to-day life.

Leaving a Legacy
What if it was easy to design your legacy today? At NorthRidge, it is! God has entrusted each of us with a life full of stuff. These possessions, such as our house, property, cars, business(es), and insurance policies, all become part of His plan for us and the legacy we leave long after we are gone, which is why we offer Estate Planning.
The Estate Planning Workshop is offered free of charge and is available several times a year. During the 2-hour event, you’ll learn the importance of establishing an Estate Plan, a Last Will and Testament, a Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care documents, and a Living Trust!
