We all have an Estate. Your Estate includes your car, your house, your wedding ring, your life insurance, your 401K... all of your stuff.  An Estate plan is a plan that determines to whom your stuff will be given when you move into eternity.

This ministry exists to awaken, educate, empower and resource God's people to maximize the impact of their estate for the benefit of themselves, their family and the Kingdom of God.

Fact #1 - Estate Planning is a stewardship issue. God has entrusted you with significant resources and one day you will give an account for your management of these resources. Your estate plan is the final distribution clause on a lifetime of stewardship.

Fact #2 - Estate Planning leads the most procrastinated list. It is estimated that 70% of families have not done any estate planning.  For most of those that have planned, the process was mechanical and was not viewed through a stewardship lens.

Fact #3 - Everyone that transfers wealth will make a charitable gift. The question is who is the charity of your choice? Your family, the federal government or charitable organizations God has placed on your heart.

Fact #4 - The largest charitable beneficiary in the world is the Federal Government. The Federal Government is the default charity.  If you do not have a plan you will likely be leaving a charitable gift to the Federal Government in the form of unnecessary taxes.

Fact #5- Estate Taxes, Capital Gains Taxes and Income Taxes are optional.
All of the above taxes can be significantly reduced and in most cases totally eliminated when using the charitable portion in the tax code to full advantage.
