Guest Services Volunteers

 
Volunteering with Guest Services is displaying Gods love through Customer Service. It is all about creating a friendly environment to guests through a smiling face. This may include handing them a program, connecting them to a ministry or simply helping them find their way around the campus. This is a great opportunity for families to serve together.

Guest Services - Plymouth

  • Usher Team: Assisting others in the auditorium, help people with finding seats & help with offering collection. 30 minutes before each service.

  • Greeting Team: Welcoming people through a hand shake or a smile and help hand out programs. 30 minutes before each service.

  • Parking Team: Assisting people in navigating the parking lot and helping load the shuttles. 30 minutes before and after service.

  • Connection Team: Connecting new guest to different ministries and providing building tours. 30 minutes before and after service.

  • Security Team: Creating a safe and secure environment. 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after service.

  • First Aid Team: Licensed to provide basic first aid and CPR until EMS arrives. 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after service.

  • Front Desk Team: Providing info about various ministries and answering phones; the “concierge desk.” 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after service.

  • Security Team: Creating a safe and secure environment. 30 minutes before until 30 minutes after service

  • Teardown Team: Helping take down signs, tables and packing up cases to be loaded in the trailers. 30 minutes after service.

  • Setup Team: Setting up tables, signs and unloading cases. 60 minutes before service.
