After four planes, an hour and a half delay, missing one connection flight, one lost bag, and an hour and a half drive, we (and the bag) finally made it in two and a half days to our destination! God is Good! We are in New Zealand!
Twenty-one teens joined us on Sunday for a 4th of July celebration. Tom and Lisa Reesor made it feel like home with homemade apple pie followed by fireworks at the beach. The kids really enjoyed this and so did we, even though it was only about 30 degrees. LOL!
Camp started on Monday with 39 kids which is even more than last year. Yeah! The kids are learning about the armor of God found in Ephesians 6. We are able to pour out God’s love to them and they seem to be soaking it in! There are three more days left and we pray that the kids continue to invite their friends. Please be praying that these kids will come to know our Mighty Savior through the message of salvation that we will be presenting on Thursday.
