- Weather Disclaimer: Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the cast can make it to the church, the show will go on. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted four hours prior to the start time of the show on the home page of the church’s website and social media sites and an email will be sent to the ticket holders of that particular performance.

Wheelchairs: Limited wheelchair seating is available. Tickets for these seats must be purchased over the phone with the ticketing company.
Seating: Ground level and balcony seating available.
Elevator: Located on main floor hallway to the left of the Resource Center.
Parking: Located at the Plymouth campus and Johnson Controls parking lots (49200 Halyard Drive, Plymouth, MI)
Restrooms: Located on main floor and on balcony level.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will my online credit card transaction be secure? Yes. Credit card transactions are processed with industry standard security methods, and the ticketing company does not store credit card numbers.
Are there refunds for tickets? No. We do not offer any refunds. If you cannot use your tickets for some reason, we suggest that you give them to someone else.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase per transaction? No.
May I use “e-tickets” that I print myself for admission? Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, their system will confirm your purchase with e-mail. If you choose e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery, then those e-tickets are attached to your confirmation e-mail as a PDF file. To print them on your home computer, you must open them using Adobe Reader.
Will I get an email confirmation of my ticket purchase? Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, our system will confirm your purchase with email. If you choose e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery, then those tickets will be attached to your confirmation email as PDF files.
Do I get a receipt for my online purchase? Yes. Once your order is complete, you may print your confirmation page using the print function of your browser. Also, a detailed copy of your order receipt will be sent to the email address that you provided when checking out. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder before contacting us if you do not receive your receipt in your email.
Do I have to buy a ticket for my child? Every person in attendance must purchase an individual seat of his or her own; laps are not a purchased seat for children. Please note: Children under 4 years of age are not permitted at the performance due to the length and intensity of the program.
Our church loves to bring a large group to this event. How does that work? We are delighted to welcome large groups and we can very easily accommodate. Discounts are not provided for large groups, but purchasing tickets as soon as they are available will allow your group to sit together for the performance.
Is there a discount for senior citizens? Sorry, but no.
May I take pictures? We do not allow personal video equipment or cameras of any kind in the Auditorium during the performance. The flashes from cameras, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras, are distracting to the performers and animals, and can actually be dangerous for them. Photography/video equipment also hinders the enjoyment of other guests watching the performance.
Do you use special effects during the performance? Yes. Flashing, moving lights, theatrical fog, pyrotechnics and loud noises are used during the performance.
When I go to purchase tickets, there is an option for limited view seating. How limited is the viewing for these seats? Depending on the location of the seat, the view could be obstructed by technical equipment, a sound booth or could be in a side section where set pieces may obstruct your view on occasion due to the angle of your seat to the stage.
Can I still get in if I lose or forget my tickets? Yes. Tickets can be reprinted at the Will Call station the night of the performance with valid photo ID.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? If there are tickets to sell, they would be available at the Will Call station and can be purchased by credit card only. We will not accept cash or checks at the door. (Usually by the 2nd week tickets are not available.)
Can I sell my tickets to someone at the show if I have extra? If you want to sell your tickets ahead of time, you are able to do so off campus. We do not permit any re-selling of tickets on premises the day of the performance or on the church grounds.
