Assistant Cafe’ Manager
Have you ever thought of using your Food Service skills at church? Do you enjoy creating a positive customer service experience? The Assistant Café Manager who will serve in this part time position, 15-20 hours, weekends and New Life Wednesday’s, will help oversee the café operations and volunteers while fulfilling our value of serving with excellence that honors God. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong passion for the food service environment and respect for the processes and procedures to operate with excellence. To be successful, candidate must be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels, have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all personnel and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested. Some restaurant management experience preferred. Candidate must be able to maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards, have good organizational skills and able to lift heavy items or equipment.
