Building Attendant

Ever wonder how we keep such a large building clean, safe, and functional? We have a part-time position on our operations team which helps to support a great environment for ministry and guests. We clean the auditorium, hallways, ministry areas, bathrooms, and everywhere in between. We also set up and tear down for events 7 days a week. Candidate must be dependable, capable of performing physical duties, and available days, afternoons, and weekends.

Building Trades Specialist

Are you mechanically inclined? Do you work well independently as well as with a team and have a passion to use your talents to serve God? We have a full-time position as part of our Building Trades Team. Candidate must have proficiency in HVAC, basic skills in facility plumbing and electrical, basic carpentry and painting skills and some computer literacy. Must be dependable, capable of performing physical duties including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. at times, and available to work flexible days and some weekends.

Creative Arts Administrative Assistant

Do you have great organizational and communication skills and a heart for ministry and people? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Are you self-motivated and able to apply good problem-solving skills to get a job done? We have a Full-time Administrative Assistant position on our Creative Arts team for someone who can multi-task with a joyful heart.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications in the Mac environment (especially Excel)
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well in a creative team environment
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Graphic Arts Specialist

Are passionate about promoting the ministry of NorthRidge Church by creating unique marketing pieces and building displays through graphic design? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects? Do you think outside the box? We have a place for you! This is a full time position working with the Communication and Marketing Team. Qualified candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to shift from one project to another.

Applicants must have:

  • Proficiency on MAC platform
  • Strong typography, brand development, composition and information design skills
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing Team on projects through all phases (concept, design, revision and production)
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print and web
  • Current professional portfolio demonstrating talent and creativity
  • 3+ Years experience necessary
  • Degree Preferred

Regional Campus Technical Director

Are you gifted in the areas of audio, video and lighting? Are you a proven leader who knows how to build, develop and empower a team? Do you have project management experience? We have a part-time opportunity as part of our Regional Campus Creative Arts Technical Team.

  • 5+ years experience leading a technology group
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred

Stage Designer

Have you ever dreampt of designing the stage for each series, service and special event at NorthRidge and implementing those designs? Are you someone who can lead a team of creative people in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are looking for a Stage Designer who is excited to create an atmosphere within the church building where believers can utilize their God given talent and expose the community to a world of art that glorifies God and makes a lasting impression about the message of the Gospel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years in production-oriented creative craft support
  • Experience leading a creative team
  • Project planning experience
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
