Never in America has it been more difficult, more stressful, for kids to grow up than today. Simply surviving has become a complicated task. Growing up with divorce, stepparents and stepsiblings, drugs and alcohol, gangs, community violence, absent parents - and more - is taking its toll. Yet few places within our society, and even fewer within our churches, are reaching out to help elementary age children deal with the complexities of living in their world.
But there is help for hurting children and for struggling parents!
